NOC from Director for Use of Registered Office (Format)

A copy of NOC from the Director has to be attached to the applicable form for notice of situation registered office while incorporating a company.

The no objection certificate is for the purpose of using the premises (owned by a proposed director of a company which is in the process of incorporation) as the registered office of the proposed company. The premises are given by the director at free of cost and not taken by the company on lease.
