GST Non Applicability Enrollment Registration Declaration Form

A declaration form may be asked to be submitted by an entity in order to declare that it is not required to get itself registered under the GST law of the country.

Following is a template of such a Declaration Form of GST Non-Enrollment.

Sub.: Declaration regarding non-applicability of registration under the GST law

Dear Sir / Madam,

I/We (Name of the Proprietor/ Karta/ Authorized Signatory), being (Designation) of (Legal Name of the Organisation as per PAN) do hereby state that I/We am/are not liable to registration under the prevailing provisions of Goods and Service Tax Act.

The aforesaid entity is not covered under the ambit of GST as:

- It deals in the category of goods or services (i.e. Nature of goods / services) which are exempted under the Goods and Service Tax Act.

- It has the turnover below the prescribed taxable limit as specified under the Goods and Services Tax Act.

I/We confirm that no taxes will be provided in the invoice unless the tax registration details are updated and mentioned on the invoices.

I/We declare that as soon as our value of turnover exceeds the prescribed limit under the said Act, we shall get ourselves registered with the Goods and Services Tax department and submit our GSTN to (Name of the Organisation).

Further, as soon as our value of turnover crosses the prescribed limit, we undertake that we will charge CGST and SGST/UTGST or IGST as the case may be and comply with all provisions under the Goods and Services Act but not limited to timely payment of GST and filing of GST returns.

I/We acknowledge that information furnished above is true to the best of my/our knowledge and belief. In case any of the above information is found to be incorrect at a later date, my/our registration shall be liable to be cancelled and any of my/our payments can be withheld by (Name of Organisation) and any unprocessed bill shall remain withheld.
