Financial Benchmarks India Private Limited (FBIL) has taken over from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) the responsibility of computing and disseminating reference rate for USD/INR and exchange rate of other major currencies.
With effect from 10th July, 2018, FBIL has been compiling and publishing the said reference and exchange rates.
These rates are published in FBIL's official website on a daily basis except on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in Mumbai.
Reference rates as on 30th September, 2020 as published by FBIL are given hereunder:
INR / 1 USD = 73.7978
INR / 1 GBP = 94.7347
INR / 1 EUR = 86.5688
INR / 100 JPY = 69.91
