Well, by this public notice, an opportunity is being given to all the concerned parties who may have a genuine interest in the property, that is to say, they may get affected directly or indirectly by the purchase or sale of the concerned property. Especially, the persons who may be owning the property, even if a part of it; or who may have already paid money to the owner(s) to buy it.
The newspaper advertisement is mainly given to avoid any chance of fraud in carrying out the real estate transaction.
